Financial Planning Administrator
Location: Nuneaton, Warwickshire
Salary: £28,000
3 days in the office, 2 days WFH
NJR Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a reputable and growing wealth management firm who are seeking a Financial Planning Administrator to join their fast-paced, supportive and client-focused team. You will work closely with advisers and clients to ensure a smooth and efficient process from initial contact through to ongoing servicing.


Role Overview
As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality administrative support within the financial planning process. From gathering data to preparing review packs and processing new business, you’ll ensure all client work is completed accurately and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities
*Prepare files for new and existing client reviews, including valuation reports
*Oversee and process new business applications, withdrawals, drawdown and fund switches
*Ensure all files remain fully compliant at all times
*Maintain and update client records using Intelligent Office
*Gather detailed plan information to support adviser recommendations
*Obtain necessary forms, illustrations and policy details
*Draft clear and professional letters to providers and clients
*Arrange client meetings and manage adviser diaries
*Provide general client servicing including LOA chasing, address changes and provider liaison
*Handle incoming calls and general admin (filing, scanning, post)
*Meet and greet clients for face-to-face appointments
*Adhere at all times to the behaviours expected under the FCA Conduct Rules


Knowledge, Skills & Experience
*Experience supporting financial advisers within a wealth management or financial planning environment
*Strong pensions and investment product knowledge
*Proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines
*CII Level 4 Diploma is desirable
*Experience using Intelligent Office is desirable
