Our client, one of the UK’s top companies to work for, is looking for someone with HR or Recruitment experience to join their team on a temp, very likely turning to permanent, basis.

Description
? Support recruiters and stakeholders to provide an exceptional candidate experience by delivering a seamless recruitment process ? Build trusted relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates ? Manage all aspects of interview scheduling across the team, this is often high volume so you’ll need to be comfortable handling multiple requests ? Create and issue employment contracts within an agreed SLA ? Process new starters through our Applicant Tracking System; Workday and manage all new starter communications up to their first day ? Process and monitor background checks for all new starters via our third-party partner
Profile
? You’ll have exceptional organisational skills, are comfortable managing multiple workloads and able to prioritise your own workload ? You’ll be an excellent communicator and able to build good relationships with colleagues and candidates ? You pay close attention to detail and care about providing error-free work ? You’re a great team player and are always willing to get involved and support colleagues when times get busy ? You can stay calm and focused whilst managing multiple priorities
Job Offer
*A salary of circa 30,000-32,000
*25 days holiday plus all bank holidays
