Our client, a well-established and expanding law firm, is seeking an experienced and highly organised Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing Commercial Property department based in Solihull.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to manage a varied caseload, work alongside a supportive team and contribute to the continued success of a thriving firm.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage a broad range of commercial property matters on behalf of clients
*Build and maintain your own caseload effectively and efficiently
*Develop strong working relationships with clients and colleagues across the business
*Adapt quickly to internal systems, processes and case management tools
*Contribute to business development and departmental growth initiatives
About You
*A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial property law
*Demonstrable experience or a strong interest in all aspects of commercial property work
*Confident working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
*Highly organised, proactive and adaptable to new systems and ways of working
*A positive, business-minded individual with a commitment to professional growth
