Group HR Manager
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 plus £6000 car allowance
Our client is on a journey of growth and are now seeking a Group HR Manager to lead the function across multiple businesses. You’ll shape the HR strategy, partner with senior leadership, and drive a high-performance culture throughout the organisation.
What You’ll Do
*Develop and implement group-wide HR strategies aligned with business goals
*Partner with senior management across all business on people matters
*Lead talent, retention, and succession planning
*Oversee employee relations and ensure compliance with employment law
*Drive learning, development, and engagement initiatives
*Manage compensation, benefits, and reward strategies
*Lead organisational change and development projects
What You’ll Need
*CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent)
*Senior HR leadership experience in a multi-site or group environment within the manufacturing or engineering sector
*Strong knowledge of UK employment law
*Proven track record of delivering strategic HR initiatives
*Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills
*Experience in developing and harmonising cultures
Please note this is a site based role and you will need to split your time between sites.
