Job Description:
Temporary to Permanent Customer Service Advisor required to join their dynamic team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients and service users.
Annual salary £25,396
Working hours 40 per week - Mon to Fri 08.30 - 5pm.
In this role, you will manage the administration of cases from start to finish, ensuring smooth processes and outstanding customer care. You’ll support the Customer Service Manager in achieving sales and revenue targets, prepare reports for senior leadership, and help promote our services.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating client assessments, preparing quotes, building strong relationships with suppliers and external partners, and staying up to date with the latest equipment. You’ll also provide vital office support—welcoming visitors, organizing meetings, managing supplies, and assisting with IT and communications.
