Client Manager
*Annual Salary: £40k - £60k

Reed Croydon is working with a well-established and growing boutique practice who are seeking a qualified or finalist accountant with a strong background practice to join their team.
This role involves managing complex accounts across multiple sectors, using a variety of accounting software, and building long-lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ practice experience and a deep understanding of FRS102 1A.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
*Handle complex accounts assignments across multiple sectors, liaising with seniors, managers, and partners as required.
*Utilise accounting software packages such as CCH, Sage, and Xero.
*Develop and apply technical and commercial knowledge.
*Ensure assignments are completed to a high standard, on time, and within agreed budgets.
*Prepare working papers, statutory accounts, and management accounts for sole traders, limited companies, and partnerships.
*Prepare and review corporation tax computations.
*Manage your own workload efficiently while exceeding client expectations.
*Supervise, train, and assist junior team members.
*Foster productive relationships with team members and colleagues.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*ACCA/ACA qualified or finalist.
*Minimum of 3 years’ UK practice experience.
*Essential experience with FRS102 1A.
*Experience in SRAs, International accounts, Consolidated accounts, Charity accounts is advantageous.
*University degree with a 2:1 or higher, or 3 good A-Level results (or equivalent).
*Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills.
*Fully fluent in English, both verbal and written.
*Exceptional attention to detail.
*Strong IT skills, especially in Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new IT packages.
*A positive, confident, and proactive attitude.
