Job Description:
Northamptonshire Children’s Trust, is seeking an interim Team Manager for its Safeguarding service.
The pay rate is £42 umbrella.
The role will involve the following:
*Managing a team of social work staff
*The team undertakes work including Child Protection, CIN and court work
*3 days per week office based

Requirements of the role:
*Qualified Social Worker
*Fully Social Work England registered
*3 years post-qualified experience in employment of a local authority (DFE rules)
*Must have significant experience in children’s social care, specifically in a safeguarding setting
*Must have significant Team Manager experience (approx. 3 years minimum)
