Pastoral Practitioner – Dibden Park School, Southampton
Salary: £26,775 per annum (Term Time Only)
Hours: 40 per week | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–4:30pm
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
As a Pastoral Practitioner, you’ll make a real difference every day. You’ll provide 1:1 mentoring and emotional support, helping pupils with additional needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. Working closely with teachers, parents, and the leadership team, you’ll create a safe, structured environment where every child can grow in confidence and resilience.

*Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs (SEN/SEMH)
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Calm, consistent approach in challenging situations

*Full UK Driving Licence
