An established national organisation is entering an exciting phase of transformation, and they’re looking for two Finance Business Partners to play a key role in shaping what comes next. If you enjoy working closely with stakeholders, bringing clarity to financial performance, and using insight to influence real business decisions, this is a fantastic opportunity.
The Opportunity You’ll take full ownership of financial planning, reporting, and performance management for your area, acting as a trusted partner to colleagues across the business. This is a role where your insight will genuinely help steer strategic direction, support growth, and unlock value across a diverse and evolving operation.
It’s ideal for someone who wants variety, autonomy, and the chance to have a tangible impact during a period of positive change.
Key Responsibilities * Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
* Partner with operational and commercial teams to offer clear, data-led insight
* Provide challenge and support to drive performance and improve decision-making
* Deliver cross-functional projects with robust financial analysis
* Identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
* Support long-term planning across the wider function
* Strengthen processes and reporting tools to enhance efficiency
What You’ll Bring * (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
* Experience in business partnering or commercial finance
* Strong analytical and communication skills
* Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Solid Excel capability and familiarity with planning systems
