Job Description:
My client, a leading name in their industry, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Warrington. This is a full-time, permanent office-based position.
About the Role:
You will play a key role in managing customer service requests from start to finish, ensuring they are handled promptly and accurately. This includes coordinating service and maintenance activities in line with company standards and customer requirements.
Benefits Package:
*Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum
*Monday to Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm (60-minute lunch)
*Friday: 8:00am – 4:00pm (30-minute lunch)
*Holidays: 29 days including bank holidays, increasing to 34 days after 1 year service
*Access to Employee Engagement Services (after 6-month probation)
*Free Parking
*Annual Awards and Rewards
Key Responsibilities:
*Efficiently process customer requests and ensure timely completion
*Schedule engineer visits, advising on visit type and capturing customer requirements
*Prepare accurate estimates and quotations to meet customer specifications
*Update customer portals with job progress and timelines
*Manage stock orders and supplier purchase orders
*Upload invoices to customer portals
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in a similar role (Service Administration, Works Scheduling, Project Administration preferred)
*Strong background in a busy office environment
*Proficiency in MS Office
*Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
