It’s an exciting time to join Arthur, especially within our Manchester team, which has consistently gone from strength to strength. The team is on track to hit £1 million in revenue in 2025, and there’s still so much potential across this team.

Because of that growth, we’re now looking to bring in a Senior Recruitment Consultant to help us build on the success and take things even further.

You’ll be joining one of our most established markets in Wordings, working with some brilliant clients. It’s a warm desk with lots of opportunity to make it your own and if you’ve ever wanted to build something within a trusted brand, this is the perfect chance to do it.

What you’ll be doing:

*Running the full 360 recruitment process within the Wordings market
*Building long-term relationships with clients and candidates
*Headhunting and building talent pools
*Achieving sales targets and consistently increasing gross profit
*Helping shape the continued growth of our Wordings division
*Keeping up to date with new trends, shifts and news in the Insurance market
*Client & candidate in person meetings
*Working closely with a team that collaborates, shares knowledge, and celebrates wins

What we’re looking for:

*2+ years experience in recruitment industry
*Experience as a 360 recruitment consultant, ideally within insurance or professional services
*Confident communicator who builds strong relationships
*Excellent sales and negotiation skills
*Ambitious, driven, and commercially minded
*Team player who enjoys being part of a close-knit, high-performing group
