More about the role:
*You’ll work within the Corporate M&A Tax team. who are recognised leaders in cross boarder M&A
*You’ll work with major global corporations, gaining exposure across the full deal cycle - from structuring and due diligence to SPA reviews and refinancing.
*With continued rapid growth and a fast-evolving market, it’s an exciting time to join this dynamic team, helping clients navigate international challenges.
What you’ll do:

*Lead the delivery of complex transaction tax projects
*Support business development initiatives
*Coach and mentor junior team members
*Contribute to team strategy, operations and development
What we’re looking for:

*Strong UK/international tax knowledge
*Client-focused, commercially minded advisors
*Skilled communicators with the ability to manage relationships
*Experience in M&A tax or broader corporate tax is benneficial
*ACA or CTA qualified
