We are looking to recruit a Working Foreman for our workshop and wondered if this is something you could assist with.
Background:

We operate a small workshop with three full-time staff and one temporary team member. The team would benefit from stronger day-to-day management, alongside hands-on support with the construction of our outdoor furniture (made from recycled plastic). The Foreman will be responsible for ensuring that staff work effectively, safely, and with a fair distribution of tasks.
Required Skills:
*Strong time-management abilities
*Good communication skills
*Full driving licence
*General computer proficiency
*Knowledge of health & safety regulations
Responsibilities:
*Managing the flow of stock and products to maintain a consistent workflow
*Assigning tasks to workshop staff
*Ensuring staff are working efficiently
*Addressing and resolving staff disputes
*Ensuring products are dispatched on schedule and coordinating deliveries
*Carrying out basic machine maintenance (flatbed CNC, radial arm saw, pillar drills)
*Making occasional deliveries or collections
