Job Description:
An exciting opportunity for an Office Assistant with corporate experience to join a successful and growing private Investment firm based in the West End. You will be joining a supportive but busy team who require a proactive, problem-solving individual who is quick to learn. Full training will be provided to ensure a smooth transition into the team. This is a varied role including reception cover, facilities, office assistant and ad-hoc project support.
The ideal candidate will have had some experience within a professional services or corporate environment. Will be personable and dynamic with a can-do attitude and the ability to tackle tasks autonomously. In turn you will receive outstanding benefits including a very generous holiday scheme and bonus.
Some responsibilities will include.
*Reception cover and additional support when required on other floors.
*Ownership of stationery orders and maintenance of stationery cupboards
*Taking responsibility for office presentation
*General ordering of regular consumables including First Aid supplies
*Update courier, post and travel inventories
*Assist with on-boarding
*Act as Fire Marshal / First Aider (training will be provided)
*Assist with Office Health & Safety
*Ordering catering where appropriate
*Ad-hoc assistance with laminating/ binding documents during busy periods
