Sales Administrator

I am recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join a busy team and help deliver outstanding customer service while keeping the sales operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do:
*Process orders accurately and on time
*Handle calls, emails, and webchat professionally
*Follow up on quotations and provide aftercare
*Collaborate with Marketing and Warehouse teams
*Maintain records and report feedback
What We’re Looking For:
*GCSEs in Maths & English
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Professional phone manner
*IT proficiency (Microsoft Office)
*Customer service experience
