Reed Finance are working with a leading FMCG business based in Trowbridge recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to join their friendly and inclusive team.

You’ll work closely with operational teams and senior stakeholders, supporting decision-making and helping shape the financial direction of the business. This role offers exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and pricing strategies, while giving you the chance to make a real impact on growth and efficiency.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Build relationships with key stakeholders to support commercial decisions.
*Provide clear, insightful financial analysis to help managers understand performance.
*Assist with budgeting and forecasting for business units.
*Present financial results and highlight key trends.
*Help improve processes and reporting to make things more efficient.
*Get involved in ad-hoc projects and wider finance team initiatives.
