Job Description:
Nursery Practitioner – Full Time (40 Hours per Week)
Age Group: 6 months to 4 years
Location: Finborough School Nursery

Key Responsibilities:
*Support the continuous development of our child-led EYFS curriculum
*Build strong, collaborative partnerships with parents
*Ensure children’s safety and wellbeing at all times
*Educate through craft, singing, stories, and play-based activities
*Encourage children to explore and follow their interests
What We’re Looking For:
*A reliable, creative, and committed individual passionate about childcare
*NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
What We Offer:
*25 days holiday + bank holidays
*Annual appraisal process for career progression and training
*Financial support for CPD, including Level 3 qualifications, EYTT, Early Years degrees, Forest School training, and leadership development
*Dedicated time to study and access to mentors and one-to-one support
