Job Description:
A Senior Specialist Speech and Language Therapist is required to join a multidisciplinary clinical team within a specialist service. The role involves delivering high-quality, evidence-based assessment and intervention for individuals with complex communication and/or swallowing needs. The postholder will provide specialist clinical input, contribute to service development, support junior staff through supervision, and work collaboratively with wider therapy and care teams to ensure person-centred outcomes. This position is suited to an experienced SLT with advanced clinical skills, strong leadership capability, and a commitment to improving the quality of life for the people supported.
