SEN Teacher – Dibden Park School, Southampton
Salary: Up to £45,352 per annum (Term Time Only)
Hours: 40 per week | Monday–Friday | 8:30am–4:30pm
Start Date: January 2026
Contract: Permanent

About the Role
As an SEN Teacher, you’ll create personalised, inspiring learning experiences for pupils with complex needs. You’ll work in a nurturing environment where creativity and empathy are valued, and where your ideas make a real difference.
You’ll teach small groups or individuals, adapting lessons to meet unique needs and helping students build confidence and resilience. Collaboration is key—you’ll work alongside therapists, support staff, and families to deliver holistic support.
What We’re Looking For
*UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Passion for SEN and a commitment to pupil wellbeing
*Ability to adapt, inspire, and engage learners
*Full UK driving licence
