This is a senior-level opportunity for an experienced Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a respected litigation team in Glasgow. The role offers the chance to work on complex, high value matters across property litigation, commercial disputes and professional negligence. With a view to long-term team development, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of the practice.
Role Requirements:
Experience:
*6+ years’ PQE in dispute resolution
*Skilled in managing complex litigation, including property and commercial disputes
*Experience acting for both pursuers (primarily through insurers) and defenders
Responsibilities:
*Lead on complex cases and contribute to the strategic direction of the team
*Provide guidance and support to junior colleagues
*Help develop the firm’s litigation offering
Skills:
*Excellent advocacy and client communication
*Commercially aware with the ability to manage competing priorities
*Proactive, collaborative and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes
