Location: Reading, (Hybrid - minimum 3 days in office)

*Analyse performance trends and turn data into actionable recommendations.

*Lead process improvements and implement a new accounting system.
*Support strategic bids and oversee audits.
*Manage a small team and work closely with senior leadership.

*Qualified Accountant (or equivalent experience).
*Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills.
