Job Description:
Brand and Campaign Manager
*Location: East Grinstead (Hybrid - remote and office)
*Job Type: Full-time, Fixed-term Contract (12 Months)
*Salary: Competitive
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Brand and Campaign Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in assisting with the development and execution of our marketing strategy, focusing on impactful brand-focused marketing campaigns to drive new member acquisition and increase bookings. You will be instrumental in ensuring the brand’s strategy is executed flawlessly, maintaining our position and evolving our brand presence in the market.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
*Assist the Senior Brand & Campaign Manager in developing and rolling out marketing campaigns across various channels to enhance brand awareness and drive growth in memberships and bookings.
*Collaborate across the marketing department and with external agencies to ensure integrated and consistent campaign implementation across all owned channels.
*Manage relationships with external marketing and brand agencies to deliver top-quality brand and marketing campaigns within budget and on schedule.
*Utilize a multi-channel approach for brand growth, including both below-the-line and above-the-line marketing techniques.
*Work closely with the media buying agency to develop effective multichannel media plans that are on-brand and meet campaign KPIs.
*Monitor and evaluate the performance of all brand and acquisition campaign marketing activities, analysing data and identifying trends to maximise ROI.
*Maintain brand integrity across all marketing campaigns and touchpoints, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and local market regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in brand, acquisition, product, or campaign marketing, preferably within the travel or outdoor leisure markets.
*Strong experience managing paid media campaigns across PPC, paid social and digital display channels.
*Experience working with media agencies is essential.
*Excellent copywriting and strong analytical skills.
*Significant marketing experience in a B2C role within a customer service industry, either agency or client-side.
*Strong relationship-building and influencing skills within a matrix environment.
*Knowledge of Google Suite and familiarity with marketing regulations (e.g., Advertising Standards, CAP codes).
*Degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. CIM qualification is desirable.
