Legal Cashier – Immediate Start
Manchester City Centre (Hybrid)
£16 - £20 per hour depending on experience
Join a prestigious law firm with offices across the UK and overseas as a Legal Cashier on a temporary assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a highly regarded finance team in the heart of Manchester.
The Details:
*Start Date: ASAP
*Duration: Up to 3 months
*Location: Manchester City Centre
*Hybrid: After initial training (3 days office / 2 days home)
What You’ll Do:
*Process high volume invoices and payments accurately using Microsoft Dynamics
*Manage supplier setups and bank detail changes
*Handle internal finance queries and support fee earners
*Reconcile statements and assist with audits
*Submit payments via banking portals
*Provide ad-hoc support across cashiering and finance tasks
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven Legal Cashier experience in the UK is essential
*OR strong cashiering/invoicing experience in a large accountancy or professional services firm in the UK
*Must be immediately available and have full right to work in the UK with no restrictions
*Excellent attention to detail and numeracy skills
*Strong IT skills (Excel essential)
*Professional communicator who can build relationships across the business and with senior stakeholders
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
