Job Description:
Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a manufacturing business in Rotherham to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor

The Role – Maintenance Supervisor
*Supervise, schedule & organise a team of 4 Maintenance Engineers to deliver expected set KPI’s including resource availability.
*Plan the workload taking into account changes in requirements, resources or unscheduled
events/occurrences.
*Co-ordinate and manage maintenance requests for site and continually improve the maintenance
services.
*Ensure maintenance is covered across site during staff absence and planned preventative maintenance is
carried out as per schedules.
*Attend shift change over meetings and daily production meetings.
*Coach, train & develop technical competencies of team.
*Work closely with the other Engineers to manage repairs and maintenance projects.
*Review performance of team against company/departmental standards required & address any shortfall.
The Person – Maintenance Supervisor
*NVQ Level 3 or above in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
*Previous experience leading/supervising a maintenance team.
*Multi Skilled with good hands-on knowledge of electrical, mechanical plant machinery including
pneumatic, hydraulic and PLC systems.
