Job Description:
Community Fundraising Manager
*Annual Salary: £19,800 - £21,000 (part-time)
*Location: Fully remote
*Job Type: Part-time, Permanent (21 hours per week)
My client is charity organisation who provide support to individuals and families. Due to continued growth, they are currently seeking a Community Fundraising Manager to join their team. This role involves supporting fundraising families and individuals, driving new opportunities through fundraising campaigns, and building a volunteer network. This position offers the flexibility of fully remote work and requires a commitment of 3 days per week.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Recruiting new supporters, volunteers, and fundraising groups to raise funds.
*Delivering key fundraising campaigns to maximise relationship building and fundraising within the region.
*Organising at least two major fundraising events annually to create peer-to-peer opportunities and deepen relationships with supporters.
*Actively engaging with supporters and volunteers in your region.
*Developing and implementing the area fundraising plan to support existing relationships and build a sustainable volunteer-led fundraising network.
*Managing a network of supporters across the region, providing support and maximising income generation through their fundraising activities.
*Ensuring a high-quality supporter journey for all volunteers, supporters, and participants.
*Acting as the relationship manager for Branches, Family Funds, and Fundraising Groups within the region, providing support and maximising fundraising opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in a similar role within fundraising or volunteer management.
*Proficiency in IT, including use of databases (Dynamics), Microsoft Office, and social media platforms.
*Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
*Ability to manage and prioritise workload, including flexibility to manage fundraising events during evenings and weekends.
*Must be able to drive and hold a full driving licence.
