Are you an experienced recruiter ready to take the next step? We’re looking for a Senior Temporaries Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow our Business Support desk across Basingstoke, Andover, and Salisbury.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a warm desk with an active client base that’s waiting to be fully maximised. You’ll recruit for a wide range of temporary and interim positions, including Administrators, Customer Service Advisors, Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, and other admin roles across multiple sectors.

*Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients while driving new business.
*Manage the full recruitment cycle with a consultative approach.
*Mentor and support junior team members where needed.
*Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to maximise revenue.

*Proven recruitment experience (temporaries/interim preferred).
*Strong business development skills and ability to grow a desk.
*Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
