Finance Administrator | Salisbury | £33,000 per annum

As a Finance Administrator, you will benefit from:

As a Finance Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
*Reconciling bank accounts daily and managing all transactions
*Posting purchase ledger invoices and processing supplier payments
*Handling expense and mileage claims with accurate documentation
*Producing weekly cash forecasts and monthly variance reports
*Managing credit card statements and reconciling receipts
*Chasing outstanding customer payments and resolving queries
As a Finance Administrator, your experience will include:
*Previous experience in finance administration or a similar role ideally within in a manufacturing/ engineering setting
*Understanding and previous experience processing daily account e.g. bank reconciliation, purchase ledger, month end processes
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance systems
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
*Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and suppliers
