This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about teaching their subject specialism and is looking for a long-term or permanent opportunity.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Deliver engaging and informative lessons in your subject specialism according to the curriculum.
*Plan, prepare, and assess lessons to monitor and progress student performance.
*Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and interests of students.
*Maintain discipline in the classroom and foster a positive learning environment.
*Collaborate with other teaching staff and participate in regular meetings and professional development sessions.
*Provide feedback to students, parents, and administration regarding student progress and curriculum effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Fully qualified teacher status (QTS or QTLS).
*Proven experience teaching in UK secondary schools.
*Strong knowledge of the relevant subject curriculum.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to engage and inspire students.
*Flexibility to adapt to different school environments and student needs.
*Full right to work in the UK is required.
