Senior Organisational Development Manager
*Annual Salary: £50,000-£60,000pa
*Location: Surrey
*Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid
Reed HR have partnered with an exciting organisation who are seeking a Senior Organisational Development Manager, where you will lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of organisational development strategies and programmes. This role is crucial in fostering a high-performing culture, improving employee engagement, and supporting the achievement of strategic business goals. You will partner with senior leadership to identify organisational needs and develop innovative solutions related to structure, processes, leadership, and talent.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
*Lead strategic organisational development initiatives that build leadership capability, drive cultural change, and support talent development.
*Establish an organisational EDI framework with clear priorities, metrics, and governance.
*Develop and further enhance wellbeing strategies and practices that support emotional resilience.
*Champion EDI and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring these are integral to the organisational development plan.
*Lead the design and implementation of a trauma-informed, psychologically safe organisational culture.
*Collaborate with senior leaders to shape organisational behaviours and leadership styles that reflect our mission and values.
*Drive cultural alignment and leadership cohesion following organisational changes.
*Design and deliver leadership development programmes.
*Manage the central training budget and oversee core training programmes aligned with workforce growth and retention goals.
*Develop and implement performance management frameworks linking individual objectives to organisational goals.
*Design and implement change strategies to enable smooth transitions during organisational transformations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proven experience in designing and leading strategic organisational development initiatives within a complex environment.
*Demonstrated expertise in key areas including change management, leadership development, talent management, and employee engagement.
*Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
*Excellent communication, facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills.
*Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
*Proficient in using various tools for diagnosis, data analysis, and measuring the impact of interventions.
*Undergraduate degree or equivalent industry experience (desirable).
*Relevant postgraduate/professional practice qualification (desirable).
