Description
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for:
*Strategically partnering with the business to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and improved performance
*To lead the HR activity and deliver the people aspects of the site’s strategic plans.
*Work with Corporate HR to ensure HR processes are effectively delivered in line with global timelines and protocols.
*To provide a first-class support service across the full HR remit for the Operations and Supply Chain teams on site whilst liaising with the wider People Team.
*Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
*Supporting managers in performance management procedures
Profile
A successful Interim HR Business Partner should have:
*Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
*Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Capability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
*Experience working within a unionised environment
Job Offer
Hybrid - 3 days onsite in Chippenham.
Full time - 6-months, interviews will be held next week via Teams, January start date.
Salary: £55k - £60k
