Our client is a fast-growing, tech-focused sales enablement and revenue-acceleration business. They partner with high-performing companies to help them scale, build effective outbound sales functions, and drive new business through data-led outreach strategies. With a strong reputation in the market and a modern, collaborative culture, they are now expanding their team of Business Development Representatives to support continued growth.


Role Overview
This is a front-line, outbound sales role where you will be responsible for generating new opportunities through proactive outreach. You’ll be speaking directly with decision-makers, booking meetings, and supporting clients in building a high-quality sales pipeline.
It’s a fantastic opportunity for someone with early sales experience who wants to develop in a high-performance environment with structured training, coaching, and clear progression.


Key Responsibilities
*Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers.
*Research and identify target prospects using internal tools and CRM systems.
*Engage decision-makers, qualify their needs, and generate interest.
*Book meetings and hand qualified opportunities over to Sales Managers.
*Work closely with internal teams to shape messaging and outreach strategy.
*Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline updates in the CRM.
*Hit and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs, including call activity and booked meetings.
*Represent clients professionally and confidently across all interactions.


Requirements
*1–2 years of outbound/cold-calling experience - ideal.
*Background in SaaS or tech-enabled solutions is highly desirable.
*Resilient, motivated, and comfortable with rejection.
*Excellent communication skills - confident, articulate, and persuasive.
*Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple outreach workflows.
*A self-starter with the drive to exceed targets and progress quickly.
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
