People Partner
*Annual Salary: £40,000-£50,000pa
*Location: Surrey
*Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid
Reed HR have partner with an amazing organisation in Surrey who are seeking a People Partner to join a dynamic team, where you will work in partnership with directors and managers to support and influence the delivery of HR services. This role is pivotal in providing HR coaching and consulting that delivers best practice and commercially focused HR advice. You will proactively support leaders to develop forward planning and good management practices, focusing on increased staff engagement and performance.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
*Work closely with the Senior Organisational Change Manager to support all employees and volunteers, ensuring they are treated fairly and supported.
*Promote a positive, inclusive workplace that values diversity and supports the wellbeing of all staff.
*Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including performance management, conduct, and conflict resolution.
*Manage disciplinary, grievance, and attendance issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.
*Contribute to talent management strategies, including performance management and succession planning.
*Support organisational design, change management, and the implementation of new HR policies and procedures.
*Assist with the resolution of pay issues and the evaluation and benchmarking of new roles.
*Work on the development and implementation of HR systems and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Excellent working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
*Experience in performance management and working in accordance with policies and procedures.
*Proven track record of building strong relationships with managers and senior leaders.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
*Degree level education and CIPD qualification or equivalent experience (desirable).
*Experience working in a healthcare environment (desirable).
