About the Role
We’re looking for caring, motivated individuals to join our team as Residential Childcare Support Workers. You’ll play a vital role in creating a safe, nurturing environment for young people aged 11–18, supporting their emotional, social, and educational development.
What You’ll Do:
*Provide day-to-day care and emotional support
*Help young people build confidence and life skills
*Encourage positive choices and independence
*Work closely with professionals and families
*Maintain accurate records and care plans
What We’re Looking For:
*Passion for working with children and young people
*Ability to engage and build positive relationships
*Team player with good communication skills
*Experience in care or childcare (preferred)
*A level 2 or 3 in childcare
