Nursery Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated Level 2 Nursery Practitioner to join our team, working with 2-year-olds. This role is set to start in January 2026 and offers the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Day-to-day of the role:
*Provide care and supervision for 2-year-old children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
*Plan and implement educational activities that promote the children’s physical, emotional, and intellectual development.
*Engage children in activities that encourage language development and social skills.
*Monitor the children’s progress and prepare reports for parents and caregivers.
*Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for the children.
*Collaborate with other staff members to enhance the learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Must hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Childcare.
*Previous experience working with children, particularly 2-year-olds.
*Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*A genuine passion for working with young children.
