Job Description:
Customer Service Administrator
Job Type: Permanant
Location: Carrington, Manchester
Salary: £26,200
Start date: ASAP
Day-to-day of the role:
* Dealing with customer queries, customer complaints and processing orders.
*Follow up on customer interactions and organise workflows to meet customer timeframes.
*Address customer questions about new and existing services and coordinate responses through collaboration with stakeholders and subcontractors.
*Work closely with National Account Managers to ensure quick responses to customer queries within agreed SLAs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Proficiency in all Microsoft packages.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong team player with a keen eye for detail.
*Experience in customer service is essential.
*GCSEs or equivalent qualification in Administration.
