Job Description:
Family Solicitor - Leeds Salary: DOE
Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week
Hybrid Working: Potential for hybrid work following successful progression and onboarding
About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Solicitor to join our well-established Leeds practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident professional with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for supporting clients through sensitive family matters.
Key Responsibilities * Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including:
* Divorce and separation
* Financial settlements
* Children matters and contact arrangements
* Cohabitation issues
* Domestic abuse cases
* Provide clear, practical legal advice with a client-focused approach
* Conduct advocacy where appropriate
* Maintain strong client relationships and deliver high-quality service
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the wider department
* Ensure compliance with regulatory and firm requirements
About You * Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law (PQE level flexible)
* Strong understanding of family law procedures and best practice
* Confident communicator with excellent client-care skills
* Ability to manage your own caseload independently
* Calm, empathetic, and professional approach to sensitive matters
* A team player with strong organisational and time-management skills
