Job Description:
*Job Title/Location: Customer Service Consultant, London (walkable stations include Waterloo, Southwark, Borough, London Bridge, Lambeth North + Elephant & Castle)
*Office/WFH: 3-days office + 2 days WFH
*Salary: £27,000 + bonuses with OTE c.£31,000
*Requirements: An inbuilt desire to reach set KPI targets, with a track record of working at an efficient level of productivity, ideally with telephone-based work experience in Financial Services, Banking or Insurance.
*Role Snapshot: Calling customers who are already engaged with the business through obtaining mortgage advice, informing them of additional services they will need (conveyancing, surveys, household insurance etc) and setting up appointments with specialist teams.
The Company/Team: This is a well-established, dynamic company within the mortgage sector, one of the largest firms of their type in the UK & expanding at a healthy pace, numbering around 200 people. This is a busy & vibrant team who explain the benefits of each of the services mentioned above to customers, the expected timeline/costs involved with a positive customer experience being your primary focus.
The Role: This Customer Service Consultant role is responsible for educating and guiding existing clients through the mortgage process, to set up appointments with specialist services teams, both internal and third party. No prospecting is required within this role and you will report directly to the Concierge Manager. Key tasks/responsibilities include:
*Liaise with clients, mortgage brokers and protection advisers ensuring all clients are contacted in the necessary time frame.
*Organising diaries, speaking to clients to arrange meetings, logging appointment bookings on the central system, accurately and timely.
*Providing friendly, professional, helpful and personalised experiences to every client, via telephone.
Skills / Experience Required: For this Customer Service Consultant vacancy, our client is looking for enthusiastic, energetic and positive team members who are passionate about their careers, motivated by targets with a desire to upskill. You should have excellent verbal communication skills and telephone etiquette with the ability to build rapport and engage clients effectively.
