Saturdays and Sundays
10am - 3pm

Hales Group are pleased to be recruiting for a Weekend Customer Service Administrator, for their client based in Bury St Edmunds. We are looking for a friendly organised and energetic person to join our clients team.

You’ll greet customers, manage bookings, handle light admin tasks, and help keep everything running smoothly.

Key Duties Include:
*Welcoming customers on arrival and providing friendly customer service
*Managing bookings and general enquiries
*Handling basic admin tasks such as filing, emails and updating records
*Keeping the reception area tidy and presentable
*Assisting with general organisation during busy periods
