This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced risk or assurance professional to join a high-performing team that plays a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s risk culture and governance framework.

Key responsibilities:
*Develop and deliver the integrated assurance agenda by defining review scopes, completing assurance activities, and producing insightful, high-quality reports.
*Lead risk discussions and provide objective challenge to stakeholders, offering clear, actionable recommendations that improve decision making.
*Define and oversee the organisation’s risk appetite, tolerances, and key risk indicators, ensuring effective monitoring and reporting to governance committees and the Board.
*Contribute to the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA), ensuring it drives informed, risk-based strategic decisions.
*Monitor emerging risks and market developments, assessing their implications for the business and supporting proactive risk management across the organisation.
