Job Description:
Client Services Administration Team Leader
Location: Bath
Contract: 12-month FTC
We’re looking for a Team Leader to manage a busy Client Services Administration team, ensuring exceptional service delivery to advisers and clients. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, meeting SLAs, resolving escalated queries and complaints, and driving process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead and support the team to deliver accurate, timely administration
*Investigate and resolve complaints, breaches, and escalations
*Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and Treating Customers Fairly principles
*Manage risk and maintain data security standards
*Conduct regular one-to-ones, appraisals, and training plans
*Support recruitment, resource planning, and team development
What We’re Looking For
*Minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role
*Excellent organisational and communication skills
*Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
*Proactive approach to problem-solving
Desirable
*Wrap platform experience
*Financial services qualifications (IOC or CII)
*Knowledge of CASS and COBs rules
*Strong knowledge of SIPP, Drawdown, GIA, ISA, and Offshore Bonds
