Job Description:
Job: Commercial Finance Manager (6 Month FTC)
Location: Hertfordshire
Salary: £75k-£85k
I am currently working with a B2C business based in Hertfordshire who are looking to recruit a Commercial Finance Manager for a minimum of 6 months on an FTC.
Key responsibilities:
*Business partnering with relevant departments to provide insights, enabling strategic decision making
*Managing the forecasting across sales and margin
*Reporting on inventory, ensuring accurate stock reconciliations
*Driving strategic decision making by delivering insightful financial analysis to senior leadership teams
*Mentoring and guiding junior members of staff, including appraisals etc.
Ideal candidate:
*Fully qualified accountant, with recent experience as a Finance Manager
*Proven track record in a consumer based/B2C business
*Excellent at managing a team
*Comfortable challenging senior stakeholders
The client is offering £80-£85k and hybrid work.
