Finance Manager | Housing | Hybrid Working | Excellent Benefits
Castlefield Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a highly regarded Public Sector organisation to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join an organisation going through a period of positive change, and add value to a well-regarded association.
The responsibilities for the Finance Manager include:
*Leading and developing a customer-focused, value adding business partnering team
*Building influential relationships with key stakeholders at a strategic level
*Demonstrate understanding of a specialist area of expertise to these senior stakeholders to facilitate informed decision-making
*Supporting the development of effective financial strategies to ensure statutory financial duties are met and the Authority is able to deliver its strategic priorities
*Identifying and driving service improvements and efficiencies
*Presenting high quality financial information and analysis to Senior Leadership Team
The person;
*CCAB/CIMA qualified, or equivalent
*Proven business partnering approach with the ability to build influential relationships
*Experience within the Public Sector – Housing desirable
