HR Business Partner
*Annual Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum

*Job Type: Full-time
We are seeking an HR Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in Ilford. This role is crucial for managing complex employee relations and enhancing our workplace environment. The successful candidate will provide essential support and guidance across various HR functions, ensuring compliance with UK employment law and best practices.
Job Purpose:
*Provide coaching and guidance to line managers on all aspects of employee management, including performance advice and mediation in workplace disputes.
*Manage disciplinary and grievance cases, as well as severance processes for specified employee levels, ensuring legal and procedural compliance.
*Oversee sickness absence processes, manage flexible working requests, and support employee consultation processes as required.
*Lead initiatives to promote employee health and wellbeing and deliver engagement initiatives such as workshops and culture improvement campaigns.
*Manage the annual Employee Engagement Survey process, including training, data analysis, and implementation of focus actions.
*Identify HR trends and propose preventative strategies, manage local Equality, Diversity & Inclusion initiatives, and reward and recognition processes.
*Support the performance management process, manage the annual appraisal process, and conduct exit interviews.
*Maintain and update HR systems and internal communication platforms as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices.
*Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases.
*Strong analytical skills with experience using HR metrics and data to inform decision-making.
*Excellent communication, coaching, and facilitation skills.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while working autonomously.
*Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and wellbeing.
