Description
*Oversee all financial reporting and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
*Prepare and review financial statements and management accounts.
*Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
*Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end processes.
*Provide financial analysis and insights to supportdecision-making.
*Collaborate with various departments to ensure financial alignment across the organisation.
*Support external audits and liaise with auditors when required.
*Work with lenders, advisors, and investors.
Profile
A successful Interim Financial Controller should have:
*Professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, or ACA).
*Strong expertise in financial reporting and analysis.
*Experience in the a PE backed manufacturing environment.
*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
*Experience of working with investors and lenders.
Job Offer
*Competitive daily rate of GBP 600 - 700 per day outside IR35.
