Our client is seeking a proactive and innovative Employment Tax Assistant Manager (or Manager) to manage the employment tax affairs of their diverse and growing client portfolio. Based in London, you’ll work alongside a talented team in a collaborative and supportive environment, with the opportunity to drive forward the employment tax service offering.
Your Role *Take charge of the annual employment tax compliance cycle, including P11Ds, PSA, STBV, and ERS reporting.
*Identify advisory opportunities arising from compliance activities, supporting our client in adding value to their services.
*Provide accurate, timely advice on employment tax matters such as pay and benefits, employee status, and payroll compliance.
*Support clients with compliance duties, including year-end reporting, due diligence, and policy reviews.
*Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering their technical development and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
*Stay updated on employment tax legislation and policy changes to provide cutting-edge advice.
About You *Practical experience managing employment tax compliance portfolios.
*Confidence and professionalism in client-facing interactions.
*A proactive, commercially-minded approach with the ability to identify and deliver tailored solutions.
