About the Role
We are seeking experienced Support Workers and HCAs to provide high-quality care within a variety of settings, including residential homes, supported living services, and healthcare environments. This is an agency-based temporary role, offering you full control over your schedule with a choice of day, night, and weekend shifts.


What You’ll Do
*Deliver person-centred support to individuals with varying needs
*Assist with daily living tasks and promote independence
*Support with personal care, mobility, and medication (where appropriate)
*Work collaboratively with service teams to ensure safe, consistent, and compassionate care
*Maintain accurate and timely records in line with service requirements


What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience as a Support Worker or HCA (6+ months preferred)
*A caring, patient, and proactive approach
*Strong communication and teamwork skills
*Ability to adapt to different environments and service users
*Willingness to work flexible shifts
*Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
