The role:
*Manage and lead a portfolio of contentious probate disputes at all stages - from pre-litigation/mediation through to contested court proceedings
*Develop and maintain client and referral relationships, mentor and support junior Solicitors or Associates
*Contribute to business growth through client development and generation of new instructions
*Work closely with the Wills, Trusts & Probate team to ensure consistent, high-quality client service across the firm
*Uphold and promote the firm’s core values: professionalism, integrity, collaboration and long-term client relationships
