Management Accountant
*Annual Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 + Bonus
*Location: London (near Bank Station)
*Job Type: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract (6 Months)
*Working Pattern: Hybrid (2 days/week in office)

We are seeking a part-qualified Management Accountant to assist in our fast-paced, high-growth environment. Day-to-day of the role:
*Assist in producing monthly management accounts and Board reports.
*Manage journals for accruals, depreciation, prepayments, and operating expenses.
*Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
*Raise and send sales invoices; prepare revenue journals for accrued/deferred income.
*Post bank transactions and complete weekly bank reconciliations.
*Collaborate with AR/AP to ensure timely payments and collections.
*Support the Financial Controller in resolving accounting issues.
*Contribute to the annual statutory audit and tax return processes.
*Provide guidance and training to junior team members.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Part-qualified ACA/ACCA with solid management accounting experience.
*Strong academic background.
*Proficient in Excel and Sage; tech-savvy and detail-oriented.
*A proactive problem-solver with excellent organisational skills.
*Confident communicator with the ability to build strong relationships.
*Experience in financial services or a similar fast-paced industry is a plus.
