Job Description:
COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Our client is offering an exciting opportunity for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join their thriving Primary Recruitment Team in Hammersmith, West London, with excellent scope for growth and development
COMPLIANCE OFFICER ROLE:
*Conducting compliance and vetting checks, including qualifications, ID, visas, TRNs, DBS applications and references
*Managing the teacher registration process from meeting candidates to verifying documents and ensuring readiness for work
*Confirming bookings and sending documentation and confirmation emails to candidates
*Maintaining accurate and up-to-date candidate records by scanning, uploading and organising files
*Chasing missing documents and ensuring the timely completion of all compliance steps
*Supporting team operations by handling enquiries, payroll and timesheet queries and providing ad hoc assistance
*Participating in team meetings with recruitment, compliance and operations to review progress and strategies
COMPLIANCE OFFICER ESSENTIALS:
*Working effectively as part of a team as well as independently
*Working efficiently with a high level of organisation
*Maintaining a high standard of accuracy
*Communicating confidently and personably with colleagues at all levels
*Using the telephone with confidence
