Job Description:
I am seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join a dynamic team. You will be responsible for helping clients to buy and sell properties, providing expert advice and delivering outstanding service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct property valuations and market appraisals
*List and market properties across various platforms
*Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective buyers
*Negotiate offers and close sales
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
*Keep up-to-date with market trends, legislation, and local property values
*Maintain accurate records and documentation
*Meet sales targets and contribute to team performance
Requirements:
*Excellent communication and negotiation skills
*Strong customer service orientation
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Proven experience in property sales or lettings (preferred but not essential)
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
*Knowledge of local property market is a plus
*IT literate with experience using CRM systems
